A salame realised exclusively from heavy Padano pork, which contains a prized whole fillet of pork. Stuffed in natural casing, tied by hand and aged for over 2 months. It is the union of two great flavors of our local delicatessen: the classic medium-grain salami of the Emilian tradition and the fine pork fillet. A double pleasure to be savored with the taste of a discovery.
