How to enjoy

Cut into thin slices, to release the intense aroma of the truffle. Perfect with cheeses, especially Scamorza. It becomes a precious ingredient for first courses, to enrich a risotto or pasta with taste: cut in cubes for a very original variant of Carbonara. Magnificent on pizza. Added to a simple fried egg in a pan it turns it into an extraordinary sensory experience.
